KB 20210706 - 1 - "BarDIMM demo page" is printed across the page when using BarDIMM Pro

The "BarDIMM demo page" printed accross the page indicates that there is a problem with the license. The license cannot be found or is invalid.

  1. Ensure your printer has the very latest base firmware
  2. Ensure BarDIMM has the very latest version (contact us though https://www.bardimm.com  to get the update file if you are under warranty support period)
  3. Try switching the printer off then on.
  4. If the problem persists and you are under support contract contact your Value-Added Reseller who will either replace the BarDIMM Pro or provide you with an alternate license key
